Black Olives Spread

Ingredients : 1 cup black olives, strained and dried, 6 anchovy fillets, 2 T capers, 1 garlic clove, 2T olive oil, 1T cognac  Put all the ingredients in a blender.  Process until the mixture becomes a coarse paste, Serve with sliced bread or as a dip.
