Cauliflower Soup a la Berhan

1 medium size cauliflower head cut into florets

3. cups chicken broth

1 T flour 

1T butter

1/2 cup light cream or milk

salt and pepper to taste

Bring 3 cups of chicken broth to a boil. Add the florets. When soft, place florets and broth in a blender until very smooth


.  Back into the pan, add flour, butter, and cream or milk.  Taste for salt and pepper.
