Fruit Sherbet?

It is called sorbet in French and sorbetto in Italian.  It is made of fruit puree and sugar, with no eggs, milk , or cream.  It is kept in the freezer but, before serving,


placed in the refrigerator for one hour to get softer.  Serve it in a cup, spoon berries around, top with Merlot sweeten by honey.
