Greek-style Yogurt

It is thicker and creamier than regular yogurt because most of the whey, the watery liquid in yogurt, has been removed. You can make Greek-style yogurt at home.  Line a strainer with 3


 basket-style coffee filters.  Set strainer on a bowl. Spoon regular yogurt into strainer. Cover with plastic and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.  If you strain it for longer period of time so all liquid is gone, you will have yogurt cheese.
