Four Foods High in Good Fats

Almonds (also rich in fiber, Vitamin A, and Magnesium), Avocado (also rich in fiber and lutein), Olive oil ( also rich in antioxidants, fights inflammation)and Chia ( has Omega-3 fatty acid ).  However, fat is also rich in calories therefore eat these foods in moderation: few pieces of avocado, not the whole one.
