1. Stay curious! Learn something new, exercise your brain! My mother used to say that the brain is like a muscle: if you do not use it, you lose it!
2. Eat more plants! The Mediterranean diet is 70% plant based: fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole grains and beans.
3. Feel positive about old age.Think about contributions that older people make to society-and make those contributions yourself.
