How To: Baked Flounder Filets!

Serves 6

 

Ingredients:

  • 6 filets of flounder

  • 1/2 mayonnaise

  • 1/3 cup yogurt

  • 1/4 cup French mustard

  • 1/2  Parmesan cheese

 

In a bowl mix the last four ingredients to make a nice sauce. Place the fish on a baking dish.  Spread the sauce over the fish.   Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

Note:

 

Frozen fish is very healthy.  If you live far from the coast, frozen fish is a better choice than fresh fish.  Bacteria living on fish are accustomed to low temperatures; therefore placing the fish in the refrigerator does not kill the bacteria.  Flash freezing does kill the bacteria.
