Why frozen fish could be healthier than fresh fish?

 If you live far from the ocean, fish comes to your store refrigerated; bacteria on fish are accustomed to low temperatures and therefore, while in the refrigerator, they go on multiplying.  Frozen fish is cleaned and frozen on the ship, immediately after taken out from the water. Bacteria cannot survive freezing temperatures.
